About
Healing Through Balance
Kyungjun Lee, PT, MS, DPT is a New York–based physical therapist specializing in hands-on, osteopathic manual therapy for chronic pain, postural imbalance, and complex musculoskeletal conditions. With over a decade of clinical experience, he works with patients who feel “stuck” or unresponsive to conventional care, helping them restore balance, mobility, and long-term function.
His approach focuses on identifying underlying restrictions—often involving the nervous system, internal organs, or connective tissues—that contribute to persistent symptoms such as neck pain, low back pain, headaches, or limited movement. Rather than treating isolated symptoms, he views the body as an integrated system shaped by movement patterns, tissue health, and internal regulation.
Kyungjun has completed over 300 contact hours of advanced training through the Barral Institute, including Visceral Manipulation (VM1–6), Neuromeningeal Manipulation, Manual Approach to the Brain, the New Manual Articular Approach, and Listening Techniques. He began his osteopathic manual therapy training at the Osteopath Institute in Seoul, Korea and later earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Touro University in New York.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy at Korea University and continued his graduate studies in Rehabilitation Science, where he developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, movement analysis, and exercise physiology. This training allows him to integrate precise biomechanical assessment with osteopathic manual therapy principles, supporting a comprehensive and individualized approach to care.
Sessions are one-on-one and tailored to patients seeking a deeper, more individualized approach to healing. His practice is ideal for those looking beyond exercise-based physical therapy and short, protocol-driven care.
Outside of the clinic, Kyungjun values balance and creativity, enjoying time exploring New York City and the arts with his wife. He is an active member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP).
